Guided by a deep love for food, nature, and a tranquil way of life, Kabob G encapsulates


our expedition to Skardu and our reverence for its customs. Though we couldn't carry the


mountain's breathtaking scenery back with us, we triumphed in transplanting its gastronomic


soul. Kabob G is a modest venture to serve up the mountain's lively essence through our


dishes.

Kabob G was conceived from a blend of exploration, journeys,

and gastronomic creativity within the vibrant core of Skardu.


Starting our journey in December 2023, our sole aim was to infuse the essence of Skardu, Pakistan into the city's heart.


Unforeseen was the transformation of Kabob G into a culinary reverie.


Our narrative echoes the fervor and soul we infuse into our offerings, beckoning you to immerse in the lively culture and mountainous warmth within our midst.
